Hiatus

Although I am very close to finally having a stable beta build of "Evil Toast" to release for testing, there is going to be a delay before I publish it for downloading. I'm dealing with a lot of family & personal issues right now and just do not have the time or effort to continue at the moment. However, do keep checking back as I will most definitely be picking the project back up and continuing development once things in my life are straightened out. Sorry to the people that have been in contact with me about testing the beta builds, looks like you may have to wait a bit longer after all.

New Page Added

Added a new page today. I've begun teaching myself how to compile Android builds from source after having a hard time deciding what ROM I wanted to keep installed to my phone. I have recently been flashing like crazy back and forth between about 4 different ROMs because I found certain features from multiple builds useful. To avoid flashing back and forth I have decided to use CyanogenMod as a base and will be cherry picking features from other ROMs that I find useful and building my own customized installation. If anybody has a Samsung Fascinate and wishes to try my builds they can be found by navigating to the page titled "Android ROMs". After I have merged all of the features that I want I may consider building for other devices and linking to the builds to them as well. Fascinate users feel free to flash my builds and leave me some feedback using any method of contacting me found here.

SourTap RSS for Android

An update for the official SourTap Mobile app is complete and will uploaded to the Play Store soon. Should be available for download within a few hours. Check it out!

Upcoming Changes

Quick post to let everybody know that things here at the SourTap website may temporarily be broken while I convert the blog into an actual website. The blog will still be up and accessible by visiting http://sourtap.blogspot.com http://www.sourtap.com, all posts will still be available to view on the homepage as well. As always keep checking back for updates on the progress of things.

PagePlus Dealer

Keep a look out for a new tab that will be labeled "Wireless Service", SourTap Mobile has bee approved as a certified PagePlus dealer and will soon be selling cellular phones and airtime cards, as well as  providing services such as activations, ESN changes and number ports.
This will help provide revenue to help with keeping the site up and running and purchasing

devices and equipment for development and testing purposes. Any followers that currently use PagePlus as a carrier will be able to soon support the site and future development by purchasing airtime and monthly plans from SourTap Mobile.
All donations are welcome and very much needed at this time.
